A Brastemp infelizmente produziu e pôs a venda máquinas de lavar roupas com problemas de projeto. Durante o processo de centrifugação a máquina trepida tanto que até sai do lugar. Modelo: Brastemp Ative 11 kg BWL11ABANA Pensem muito bem antes de adquirí-la porque não sou o único proprietário que está tendo problema com esse modelo. Resolução do problema: Esse problema foi resolvido com a troca das varas de suspensão fora da garantia porque durante a garantia o atendimento da Brastemp/Consul alegou uso incorreto da máquina. Eu tinha que segurá-la quando começava a centrifugação! Será que a alegação do uso incorreto era porque eu segurava a máquina para ela não fugir??? rsrsrs O reparo desse problema de fábrica me custou R$ 120,00. A Brastemp/Consul perdeu um cliente, eu! A máquina tinha 1 ano e 1 mês de uso quando postei esse vídeo. Porém desde o início, ela apresentou esse problema mesmo seguindo todos os detalhes do manual da máquina, inclusive o nivelamento.
