I mean ALOT of oil or sheen spray!!!! rub it into the track and let it saturate for a few seconds... Then gently pull the track off.. It should come off with ease... Now at this point you want to comb the glue out of your hair... Take some more oil or sheen spray and apply generous amounts to the hair where the track once was... rub it in and let it saturate your hair for a few seconds once again.. Then take a fine toothed comb and gently comb from the root down.. all of the glue will slide out with ease trapping into the fine teeth of the comb.... I have been doing this for YEARS and I have never had a bad experience with glue doing it this way. It also isn't a long tedious process either.. When you hear bad experiences, they are usually when ppl are just pulling the non lubricated tracks out of their hair and trying to comb out the non-lubricated glue.... Oil is the way to go!!

About 3 months healthily, but you can keep them for 4-5 if you take really good care of them. You go in every month for a tidy up cut where they replace ones that are looking shabby, and if you keep up with that they can last even longer. Do they hurt? Not at all! I am pretty gentle with my hair, but I can't even feel them in my head. Won't the bonds melt if put up to an iron? Yes, but I wouldn't even be able to get a curling iron that close to my scalp without burning it. Can you go swimming in it? Hello Gorgeous!!! If you're on a budget, you an easily dye your hair extensions at home. As much as I would like to go to the salon, I cannot afford it. Using box dye is a great alternative, it may not be a great as doing it at the salon but you can achieve fantastic results! I recommend buying 2 boxes for hair that is 18 inches or longer, I ran out of hair dye for just one weft so had to get anoher box. =) Hope this helps! It turned out amazing for me!! You cannot dye or apply heat products to synthetic hair, it just wont work. Only dye hair extensions when it is 100% human hair.
