Jak 2 - #01 - Prison Break
Yes, this is the beginning of my new Jak II walkthrough, this time named just Jak 2. The quality should be pretty much awesome this time, and this is the quality my videos will most definitely be in from now on. The sound and video should now be in sync all the time without any hitches (unlike my Jak & Daxter v2). Sure the quality could be even better now that YouTube allows 1GB files, but I keep copies of all my videos just incase and 45GB walkthroughs would definitely tax my harddrive too much. Also, loading a short video for ages is annoying as hell and I don't want to alienate the poor people with poor people's internet connections. They're my target audience. You should know that the gameplay might look like I was drunk or something when I recorded this, because 1) I started recording immediately when I got Dazzle to work again, at 11 PM, with only a few hours slept the night before and the whole 2 days spent on fixing Pinnacle's mistakes and 2) I'm using a new controller, a wireless Logitech, and it feels like a big rock with slippery buttons. Jak 2 was not the best test for a new controller, since the gameplay is all about good timing and precise aiming.

Jak 3 - #04 - Satellite Game
Jak and Daxter meet a monk named Seem, and Jak accidentally activates a Dark Precursor satellite. By the way, I collected the bronze and silver Precursor orbs from this game already. I didn't reach gold, my new Logitech controller I've been using since Jak II [v2] is not the best and this minigame can get pretty tough in the higher scores.

Jak and Daxter is a video game franchise originally developed by Naughty Dog for the PlayStation 2. There are four games in the main series (with two spin-offs) that have been released, with Jak as the primary playable character in all except Daxter for the PlayStation Portable. Jak and Daxter: The Precursor Legacy (2001) - The first game, released for PlayStation 2 in 2001. Jak and his best friend Daxter go to Misty Island, despite being forbidden from doing so. Daxter falls into a silo full of Dark Eco and turns into an ottsel. Jak must take him on a journey to return him to his original form. Jak II (2003), known as Jak II: Renegade in other parts of the world - The second game, released for PlayStation 2 in 2003. It begins where the storyline left off at the end of the first game. Jak and the gang are catapulted into the future and separated. Jak is thrown into prison for two years and used in the Dark Warrior Program. A war broke out in Haven City, with three factions fighting for control. The people, who are distrustful of Jak's Dark Eco abilities, have him banished to the Wasteland. Woo, I got off my lazy ass to actually start this playthrough finally. Anyway, Jak 3 is my favorite of the three gameplay-wise because of all the guns, powers, and size of the areas. The story is a little lacking and could have been done alot better. Alot of that probably stems from the lack of levels in Act 3 and the fact that Keira's original voice actor quit and they couldn't find a replacement fast enoug or something so they changed the love interset to Ashelin. Thankfully Jak X fixed that. RLF

Jak X: Combat Racing Part 1# [Cutscenes]
One year after the events in Jak 3, Jak and Daxter take up professional racing in a place called Kras City. Joined by their old friends, they are summoned by a woman named Rayne, who is...Krew's daughter? She apologizes to them for her father's actions, and proposes a toast in his memory. She takes out an odd-looking wine bottle, which she said that Krew instructed in his will that his closest associates must drink. After they all take a glass, Rayne brings out a hologram projector, which broadcasts his last message to Jak and company. Krew announces that the wine they drank is poisoned, follow by a maniacal laugh. The only way they can get the antidote is to win Kras City's big vehicle race, in his honor. And so, Jak and Daxter, Ashelin, Torn, Keira, and Sig are pitted against each other in combat racing for the ultimate prize: their life.
