Poland's new defence minister has dissolved the Air Force regiment responsible for transporting top state officials. It comes after a report published last Friday cited poor pilot training and lax security procedures as the cause of the 2010 crash that killed President Lech Kaczynski. On the 10th of April 2010, the Polish military plane, Tu-154, was involved in a fatal crash in the city of Smolensk, Russia, killing all the crew and passengers aboard.
